Property Management & Brokerage
Hunters Capital provides property management and brokerage services for retail, commercial and residential mixed-use properties, with a focus on Capitol and First Hills. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- A client-specific marketing program that uses a range of proven resources: CBA, Craigslist, Costar, Loopnet, Officespace.com, effective signage, and the leveraging of personal brokerage relationships with both tenant representatives and tenants.
- Personal tours for all prospective tenants and/or their representatives.
- Reports on all inquiries and tours, including follow-ups.
- Market-rate rents for all vacancies.
- Expertise in the negotiation of Letters of Intent (LOIs) based on client’s established criteria.
- CBA lease preparation based on agreed-upon terms and signed LOIs.
- Pre-leasing when possible to minimize vacancies
Our goal is to maximize long-term profitability by obtaining the highest achievable market rates based on a property’s strength or weakness, maintaining stringent maintenance standards, and offering tenants a quality product and excellent service.
