From its beginning in 1912 the building at 1000 East Pike Street has been home to many car dealerships. In the 1960's the building became the home to Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI) until the Fall of 1997 when the building was been restored to its original condition. Currently home to Havana, Gary Manuel Aveda Institute and Creature Advertising.
